Article 1 β Subject
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the OHLALA Lockers luggage storage service, located at 29 rue Gounod, 06000 Nice, France. By booking a locker, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.
Article 2 β Service Description
OHLALA Lockers provides an automatic, unattended luggage storage service open 24/7, 7 days a week. Three locker sizes are available: S (cabin bag), M (large cabin bag), XL (28-inch suitcase). Access is granted via a unique code sent by SMS and email after online booking.
Article 3 β Booking and Payment
Booking is made exclusively online at ohlalalockers.fr. Payment is taken at the time of booking by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Prices are displayed in euros including all taxes.
Article 4 β Cancellation and Refund
The customer may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the storage period. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of storage, or for early collection.
Article 5 β Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited in the lockers: foodstuffs, flammable, explosive or dangerous substances, live animals, perishable goods, cash, valuables above β¬500, items prohibited by law. OHLALA Lockers reserves the right to refuse access to any package considered dangerous.
Article 6 β Liability
OHLALA Lockers is liable for loss of or damage to stored items up to a limit of β¬500 per locker, subject to proof by the customer of the contents and their value at the time of deposit. The company is not liable for damage caused by the contents of the luggage or by exceptional events (force majeure, natural disaster, etc.).
Article 7 β Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to: use the locker solely for luggage storage; not store prohibited items; collect their belongings by the end of the booked period; treat the facilities with due care. Any damage to the lockers or facilities caused by the customer will be invoiced at the actual cost of repair.
Article 8 β Uncollected Luggage
Luggage not collected within 48 hours of the expiry of the booked period will be treated in accordance with applicable French legislation. OHLALA Lockers reserves the right to open and inspect the locker after prior notice to the customer.
Article 9 β Personal Data
Personal data collected at booking are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 10 β Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France, following an attempt at amicable resolution.
